​Wilma studied at Body Therapy Institute and developed an intuitive style of massage based in mindfulness, compassion, and embodiment. She uses a blend of modalities for each client's needs. She has training in Myofascial, Trigger point therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Cupping, Swedish, Hotstone, and pregnancy massage.

Wilma has been successful in restoring balance and well-being for her clients' lives.
